Alison Compton - Learning Consultant, Facilitator and Change Coach

As a chartered learning professional, international coach, counsellor and advisor, my passion is people; connecting, inspiring, motivating and releasing potential.

Learning and knowledge sharing has been part of her life as far back as she can remember, training is in Alison’s blood.

After being part of City & Guilds of London Institute (CGLI) pioneering team implementing competency based training and assessment. As well as reaching the height of her industry as a learning advisor, trainer, assessor and business owner, Alison set out for new pastures: Melbourne Australia. Arriving in early 1999 she welcomed in the new millennium with a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programing and a skill set full of effective tools and technique.

The main focus of her work over the years has been facilitating leadership programs, graduate development programs, train the trainer, workplace coaching, communication, presentations, negotiations, cultural diversity & inclusion, and performance management skills, with coaching individuals, groups and teams a constant.
For six years Alison worked in developing countries which brought a unique cultural perspective on life. Alison has worked in a wide range of industries ranging from retail, IT, manufacturing, administration, project management consultancy, through to the world of oil and gas.

Alison works with individuals, small businesses, registered training organisations, global organisations and national corporations.
